Harpo really speaks: I noticed the DVD "Inside the Marx Brothers" in one of your Amazon ads. FYI, this is an invaluable piece for Marxists as it contains a rare audio clip of Harpo dictating a passage for his autobiography. Not surprisingly, he sounds like an old New York Jew.
Scott, I would have guessed that he would sound like that. LOL.
And you may not believe it, but I watched Duck Soup the same morning just prior to the show where you and Tom Fudge discussed Comedy Movies. I really enjoyed your conversation, but I think you don't give the new comic actors much credit.
It is true that they will never live up to our comic heroes of the past, but they have to create their own classics as they move into the future.
